That is why I created Dobai 60 after 12 years of coaching people in the gym. I built this program to be the smallest amount of strength and mobility training that gives results.

You get simple workouts every week that fit your busy life, so you can look athletic and strong, stay free from pain, and keep enjoying your runs for many years without the constant worry.

When you open the app the workouts are already waiting on a rolling calendar. You choose one to four sessions per week depending on your time and energy.

 

Each workout takes about 60 minutes and has three difficulty levels, so you always do the right thing for how your body feels that day. 

 

You do not need special equipment because most gyms already have everything, and you can easily adapt if you travel or train at home.
