Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 June 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and LIONS CAGE TM S.R.L. ("Dobai Method"). By using the website, joining the Strong Runner Club, or subscribing to Dobai 60, you accept them.
What we offer
Dobai 60 is a strength and mobility training service delivered through the Fitr app. Strong Runner Club is an online community and live-call coaching, on Skool. We give you training guidance and support. We do not promise specific results, because results depend on you. Parts of the service run on third-party platforms: the Fitr app, payments through Stripe, and the community on Skool. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to buy a subscription. Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Prices and billing Dobai 60 is €9 per month, or €81 per year (three months free), billed in euros through the Fitr app (payments handled by Stripe). Strong Runner Club has a free tier, and a paid tier at $29 per month or $260 per year (three months free), billed in US dollars, because Skool charges every member in US dollars. So the two products are billed in different currencies, and you always see the amount before you pay.
What we show you before you pay
Before you confirm a paid subscription, we show you clearly: the length of the free trial (28 days), that a card is required, the exact date of the first charge, the recurring price, how often it renews, and how to cancel. The payment button is labelled so it is clear it creates an obligation to pay.
Free trial
Dobai 60 starts with a 28-day free trial. We ask for a card to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription at €9 per month, charged on the date the trial ends. The first charge covers a full month and is not split for part of a month.
Auto-renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel. To cancel Dobai 60, log in at app.fitr.training and go to Billing, then My Purchases (this is done in a web browser, not the mobile app). To cancel the paid community, cancel inside Skool. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not billed again. The platforms do not refund the current period automatically, but your withdrawal right below still applies and we will honour it directly.
Your right to withdraw (EU consumers)
You have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase, counted from the day you buy. Dobai 60 and the paid community are digital services that start as soon as you subscribe. By subscribing, you ask us to start right away and you accept these Terms. So you keep the right to withdraw only until the service has been fully provided, and if you withdraw before then, you pay only for the part you have already used, not the full period. In practice, Dobai 60 begins with a 28-day free trial, so you can simply cancel during the trial and pay nothing.
Refunds
The free trial lets you try Dobai 60 before you pay anything. Outside the statutory rights above, payments are non-refundable, including any unused time in a month or year you have already paid for. You can cancel anytime to stop the next payment. Where you do have a statutory withdrawal right, we honour it directly, even though Fitr and Skool do not refund a part-used period by themselves. If something is genuinely wrong, email contact@dobaimethod.com and we will make it right.
What you can and cannot do
The programs, videos, and content are licensed for your personal use only. Do not copy, share, resell, or post them publicly, and do not share your login. Be respectful in the community.

Our responsibility
We work hard to give you good coaching, but we cannot promise the service will never have errors or downtime. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under Romanian or EU consumer law. Your mandatory rights as a consumer always stand.
Governing law These Terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the mandatory protections of your home country.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We post the new version here with a new date.

Dobai Method gives general strength, mobility, and training guidance. It is education, not medical advice. It is not a diagnosis or a treatment.
Talk to your doctor before you start, especially if you have an injury, a health condition, or you are pregnant. Train at a level that is right for you. If you feel pain, dizziness, or anything wrong, stop and get medical help.
Exercise carries some risk of injury. You take part by your own choice and accept the risks that are inherent in physical activity. Results are different for everyone, and we do not promise any specific result.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or loss that results from your choice to exercise or from risks inherent in physical activity. This does not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
