Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LIONS CAGE TM S.R.L. ("Dobai Method", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use dobaimethod.com, the Strong Runner Club community, and the Dobai 60 program. We are the data controller.

What we collect

Contact and account data: name, email, and the details you give when you join the community or subscribe.
Payment data: handled by our payment partners (Stripe, through the Fitr app). We do not store your full card details.
Training information: what you share about your training and goals. If you choose to share health details (an injury, a condition), that is special-category data, and we use it only to coach you, and only with your explicit consent.
Usage data: how you use the website, through cookies and analytics.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To provide the program and community you signed up for (basis: performance of a contract).
To take payment and keep records (basis: contract, and a legal obligation for tax and accounting).
To send you marketing emails, if you opted in (basis: your consent, which you can withdraw anytime).
To understand and improve the site and keep it secure (basis: our legitimate interest, and your consent for non-essential cookies).
To use any health details you share, for coaching (basis: your explicit consent, GDPR Article 9(2)(a)).

Is providing data required?

Your account and payment data are needed to create your account and provide the service. Without them, we cannot give you access. Sharing any health detail is optional, and only used to coach you safely.

Automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Wix (website and hosting), Skool (community), Fitr (training app), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics), and our email provider. We share only what each needs, and we do not sell your data.

International transfers Some providers are based in the United States. When data goes there, it is protected by approved safeguards (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses). You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active, and after that only as long as the law requires (for example, invoices for tax). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or limit your data, object to some uses, ask for a copy to move elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@dobaimethod.com and we will respond.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your own country.

Changes

If we update this policy, we post the new version here with a new date.
